I rarely post here any more, but i got some of this grit weed today. First i've seen of it in Northern Ireland, I was told it was sent from the mainland.

Why are the police cracking down on cannabis and not coke, crack, herroine, it really winds me up!! It's because its the easy option. I'm nearly 30 and I can get coke easier than I can get a pack of B&H. It's never been so out of control So really Mr officer take this into acount next time you clamp down on drugs. If they was really cracking down on cannabis then do it properly and stop this dirty shit from coming in from Holland, Marocco, and where ever else. All they have done is is shift supply from British farmers to foriegn farmers (which they say imported weed market has gone up 200%) which is a major problem because someone who is prepared to smuggle weed is usaully alot more dangerouse than matey round the corner growing a few plants in his loft. This is obviously true look at the shit that's coming through they're prepared to put glass in it that at best will just sit in your lungs for the rest of your life causing irritation as the cannot be disolved by your lung, or at worst will shred your lungs to pieces. If they just legalised it it would be safer and they could tax it and put the money to good use like sorting out our A class drugs problem thats never been worse!!!

If I ever find out who's putting glass and shit in it I swear on my life I'll phuckin glass you!!!

I have just read slimmers post about his friend getting bad circulation and having electric dreams. I get that I have smoked oz's and oz's of contaminated weed b4 I found out what it was, and I have noticed that when I smoke it I get cramped or tight and painful ribs, bad curculation, sometimes I just gasp for no reason and when I go to sleep I have these electrical dreams that wake me up and it feels like my blood is fizzing. Also sometimes it makes my heart flutter whilst I'm nearly falling asleep. It may be nothing to do with but it only ever happened when I smoked grit weed.

I did see a doctor about it at the time and he just give me the usuall line give it up, and offered to send me to councilling to give it up. And as I've had no further symptoms since not smoking it I've had no concerns really untill now.

guess i have the best doctor ever then, his advice to me was to quit fags but weed is fine in MODERATION, he even mentioned it to me that he believes weed helped clear up the asthma ive had since childhood! but anyways, i think people are gettin a lil paranoid bout this, yes grit weed is not gonna be good for u but i prob smoked a couple of oz of it before i realised bout the problem and never got more than a slightly sore throat, going from my limited medical knowledge all this stuff bout bad circulation and chest problems sounds like there is an underlying problem that may be being aggrevated by grit-weed but i very much doubt that grit-weed is the source of the problem. my advice is still definatly not to smoke it or go near it but chill out on the paranoia a lil bit.

Well, yes it is, sort of.

The THC has the effect of relaxing the blood vessals in the lungs, mnaking it easier for them to absorb oxygen.

Problem is, smoking adds all sorts of pollution, which the nicely relaxed blood vessals will also absorb. Smoke also irritates the lungs and tobacco of course has its own problems.

Cannabis smoked in a vape (if you can call that smoking) is the way to go for asthma. A tobacco filled joint or a chillum is dubious.

Hey fellow PoT-HEADS, I live in crappy northern ireland and that filth is about here also. got some jack herer just yesterday and it completely covered in it. it lethal weed though, 2 spliffs and heavily wiped! dont know if they are THC crystals r wah, anyone hav any ideas it so?

we have same fuckin shit in northern ireland. it a fuckin whitey!

South Yorkshire has the same stuff. Been about for around 3 months. The worst of it made my mouth dry and gave me a sore throat, and I had trouble swallowing for about 48 hours after smoking the last of it.

Just smoked a pipe about 2 hours ago of some new gritty weed that I had recently purchased, not having read or heard any of the buzz surrounding the gritweed.

After doing a pipeload, a big white ball sat atop the ash I had created. I waited for the ash to cool and removed it, what do you know, totally solid. I tried melting it with a lighter, didn't work, though I did manage to split it in two with my pocket knife. I would say this ball was about 1.5 mm in diameter. The weed looked like any normal weed before I put it in. It appears to have bonded like some sort of plastic, it is without doubt some sort of manufactured material.

It goes without saying that dealer won't be getting anymore of my custom (and he was my main guy for 4 years), though I know another guy who I usually buy from since the beginning of the drought, and his weed is always good.

Don't rub your eyes after skinning up.

Hi we're new to this site, in S Wales. just confirmed what we've just discovered. Just took delivery of bud from Nottingham area. Apparently it came from the Dam. It looks very pale and powdery, thought it was good crystal, till I felt the powder on my fingers. So I just put some of the powder from the bottom of my grinder into a glass of water and watched as the sand all sunk to the bottom. Definitely sand, or maybe v fine silica srystals, all v round and tiny, and glisten. Needless to say we're saying goodbye to that dealer - he's fucked us up beforewith light weights, too much stalk, too dry, pathetic grass, and now this! So this spring we'll be growing our own. Why do these pricks always have to fuck everyone else up, just to make more £££s for themselves?

Well that well for some. over here in northern ireland wew can hardly get a good bit of weed any time and when we do we are bein ripped off. prices go from two hundred an ounce to two hundred and eigthy. loads of that grit shit about to, but over here there apparently suppose to have put fibreglass on it aswell. what is happenin? loads of people i know dont even know if there is anything wrong with their weed, they just smoke it constantly anyway. does this contaminated green look as bad as the samples in the poster or is it more harder to see?

This is what I have at the moment, whats the verdict?

The kief from a new batch of gritweed (arrived in UK 2 weeks ago) under a microscope. It passes all lick test, and even with a 30x eyepiece looks normal. It contains what appears to be a water based compound that naturally bonds to form a fine cement. The video is of the kief reacting and forming under water. These particles are easily inhalable.

The weed I purchased was good weed, but by f**k did it hurt my chest. :(

shit he we go again...im in the midlands and ive seen this....in fact ive seen loads of different weed from the midlands that contaminated.
so there must be a link somewhere.
i will say, it looks like ok bud...and i like to think i can tell the difference.
i doesnt crunch at all...so we are back to square one....nobodies gonna stop this, nor are dealing going to stop sellin this.
