May have to grow my own (skunk but not super)but too much information on all the types of seed and where to buy and how to grow. Treat me like an idiot and tell me someone please...

1. are there any seeds you can grow without special lights?

2. which seed needs least care?

3. will a utility cupboard be better or worse (warm when dryer)?

4. which plant grows quickest or gives greatest yield?

5. how many plants required to get an ounce of skunk?

1 yes, but they need light, all of them, and indoors u will have to use lights for a worthwhile yield

2 dunno, but its a WEED man, how hard can it be.... if u have the net, then you can look for this info, overgrow or similar site

3 better or worse than what?

5 it is possible to get up to 16 ounces off one plant, depends on how you grow it, and how long it grows for before you cut it down and smoke it. you could get an oz off one plant. easy.

Unless you grow them outside, you will need the correct lighting.

All these questions relate to the care with which you grow your plants.
A seed is a seed basically. It's how you grow it that counts.
My plants average about 5 ounces each after drying.
The shortest grow-times are from Indica-dominant plants. Once vegged, flowering will take approx 8 weeks, as a general rule of thumb.
Don't be put off though. It's much easier than it seems.

Well, that's not really true Nig. If you plant a hemp seed, you'll grow hemp - plant an indica and you'll grow an indica and so on, so it does matter what seed you use. As you say though, how it's grown is important.

There are varieties which grow well outside in this country apparently, I've hard good things about "Ruderalis Skunk" although I've never grown it.

I would also be interested in the dummies guide to growing skunk, as its looking more and more like this is the way i will have to go. maybe just one plant at a time. what are the basic's you can get away with?
