I understand his point but and a big BUT.. if it was not for prohibition people would and could be more relaxed about it and would not sit at home since its the only place where they can smoke without having a CCTV catch them out.

Let me ask the presenter this:
Would his study also prove to be the same if he done the same study in Holland?
Do people sit at home waste time ?
Each and every time I have been there I been out and about knowing I can stop off in a coffee shop anytime i fee like having a nice hit.

Let me also ask when they semi legalised it in Brixton, was people sitting at home loosing precious time, if so why was so many arrests made on the streets, surely they should have all been at home getting high wasting time right.?

I am sure if he done his study now on drinkers who smoke cigarettes they are all now doing what tokers have been doing

since all the parks I been to over last few years you get police with sniffer dogs trying to bust people sitting having a smoke in nature.
