Spinal cord 3 level

Friday 02 Jan 2009

I had spinal cord injury since i was 21 years old while serving. after 17 years i had surgery on 3 levels of my spine. i am taking heavy duty pains killers you can think of. i prefer using cannabis than any of those pain killers. for me cannabis is the perfect drug. as a pilipino american citizen undre philippine law cannabis is illegal. american citizen from california instead of staying longer in the philippines for atleast 8 months i cut it to 0 months because of the philippine law. because of philippine i do not wish to visit my birth land because of this problem. i donot want to be above the law , and do not want to get in trouble for ignorance of the law, and certainly do not want pain and suffering while vacationing. i feel sorry for the philippine law on cannabis. if philippine politicians can give a chance to people who are sick with safe access to cannabis. i believe foreign investment will increase and marijuana traffic within philippine and overseas will go down. citizen of the philippines will change their outlook in life for good and better life. prohibition in the philippine benefits the drug lords (politicians not all a handfull) who export marijuana to foreign countries. so many sick people in this country can benefit from this drug. 2010 should be a time to reform marijuans law.
