Condition: Anxiety

I've had generalised anxiety disorder, if not my whole life, then at least since about 7-8 years old.

Only recently at 29 years old did i seek medication for it, citalopram, which helped massively. but since using it for over 6 months, i feel how it restricts my emotional range, which is good because i don't experience the crippling anxiety, but bad because i don't experience much happiness either.

Currently i'm experimenting with weed, and i find it completely replaces my casual dependency on alcohol, gives me an appetite and relieves the constant nausea and tight throat/tense jaws the anxiety causes.

I feel healthier and happier than i have in a long time, and i am astounded by how much better weed is than alcohol; having it restricted and unregulated is malarkey.

I'd love to be able to go to my GP and get actual advise on the best strain of weed for people with GAD, along with a prescription and recommended dosage.
