is a page from the original UKCIA site and is kept here as an archive The
"Hansard" is the output of the UK government's Department of the Official
Report. It fully reports all the proceedings that take place during both the House
of Commons and House of Lords debates. Many relevant and interesting statistics
can be found, especially in the "written answers" to questions posed
by MPs. UKCIA has collated some such statistics which are available below. The
statistics gathered so far were all taken from the House of Commons Hansard 1998,
but will be updated and added to whenever possible For
more information on the House of Commons Hansard visit their official site at
http://www.hansard-westminster.co.uk/ The
full text of the Hansard is freely available on the Internet at http://www.parliament.uk/hansard/hansard.cfm
