Cannabis is one of the most popular drugs on earth, yet the amount of solid population based research is extremely limited due to the prohibition policy, most has to be lab based.
The Research section contains a selection of studies and articles from the 1990's to the 2010's which give a taste of the extent of the research available, but also perhaps its limitations. The one thing researchers can't do is to simply measure what is actually going on in real world populations because cannabis is illegal.
The collection is broken down into four sections: Cannabis use in society, Cannabis and mental illness (psychosis), Cannabis use and general health and Medicinal use.
UKCIA hope this collection will be of use to researchers and campaigners alike.
